Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Perfection Selections. We appreciate your business and are committed to delivering exceptional custom products and services. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

Production Timeline

For DTF transfers: Same-day production is available for orders placed before 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Custom Products Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, all custom orders are final and non-refundable once production begins. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom DTF transfers and gang sheets
  • Personalized apparel (shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts)
  • Custom buttons, stickers, and vinyl products
  • Sublimation prints and photo prints
  • Memorial and tribute products
  • Custom shoes and accessories
  • Event services (360 Photo Booth rentals)

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Incorrect size, color, or product selection by the customer
  • Changes of mind after order placement
  • Spelling or design errors submitted by the customer
  • Color variations between screen display and printed product

We strongly encourage you to review your order details, uploaded artwork, spelling, and product specifications carefully before completing your purchase. If you have questions, please contact us at sales@perfectionselections.com before placing your order.

Our Responsibility: Errors on Our Part

Your satisfaction is our priority. We will accept returns and provide replacements only if we made an error with your order.

An error on our part includes:

  • Receiving a completely different item than what you ordered
  • Receiving an item with a manufacturing defect caused during our production process
  • Receiving an item in a different size or color than what appears on your order confirmation
  • Receiving an item with incorrect printing or design due to our production error

This does NOT include:

  • Damage caused during shipping (please file a claim with the carrier)
  • Customer-submitted design errors, spelling mistakes, or incorrect information
  • Normal color variations between digital screens and printed products
  • Damage caused by improper use or care after delivery

How to Report an Error

If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item due to an error on our part, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

To report an issue:

  • Email us at sales@perfectionselections.com
  • Include your order number in the subject line
  • Provide a clear description of the issue
  • Attach clear photos of the incorrect/defective item, packaging, and packing slip

We will review your claim within 2-3 business days. If we determine the error was on our part, we will provide a replacement of the correct item at no additional cost. We will also provide return instructions for the incorrect item, if necessary.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for custom products. If an error on our part is confirmed, our sole responsibility is to provide a replacement of the correct item as originally ordered.

If a replacement is not available, we may, at our sole discretion, offer store credit for future purchases.

Non-Custom / Ready-Made Products

For non-customized, ready-to-wear items (such as hair bundles, ready-made shoes, or non-personalized products), returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return

Event Services & Rentals

For event services such as the 360 Photo Booth Experience:

  • Deposits are non-refundable once your event date is secured
  • Cancellations made 30+ days before the event may receive a partial refund or store credit at our discretion
  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event forfeit the full deposit and any payments made
  • Rescheduling may be available based on availability
