3.2 Custom Products
For custom products (DTF transfers, custom apparel, personalized items, etc.):
You are responsible for providing accurate design files, text, spelling, and specifications We are not responsible for errors in customer-submitted content Custom products are final sale and non-refundable once production begins Production times vary based on order complexity and current workload Rush services may be available for an additional fee
3.3 Pricing and Availability
All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated Prices are subject to change without notice We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders Product availability is not guaranteed Promotional offers and discounts are subject to terms and conditions
3.4 Event Services
For event services (such as 360 Photo Booth rentals):
Deposits are required to secure your event date Cancellation and rescheduling policies apply (see our Return and Refund Policy) You are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, location) Additional fees may apply for travel, setup, or extended hours
4. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
4.1 Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason We may limit quantities per person, household, or order Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance
4.2 Payment
Payment is required at the time of purchase We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed Payment processing is handled securely by third-party processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, etc.) You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees and charges

If you submit comments, reviews, feedback, suggestions, or other materials ("Submissions"), you agree that:
We may use, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and display your Submissions without compensation or obligation to you Your Submissions do not violate any third-party rights Your Submissions do not contain unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your Submissions
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information Additional fees may apply for international orders (customs, duties, taxes)
